Things you should know about withdrawal

Apply

The amount of withdrawal you can request is 10 USD, 30 USD, 50 USD, 100 USD and 500 USD.
Withdrawal may take up to 20 days from the date of application.
However, in some countries, it may take longer to withdraw.

If you have requested a withdrawal, you can apply for a new withdrawal after the withdrawal is complete.

If you wish to apply for withdrawal of 2,000 USD or more, you can apply to support-us@superlozzi.com, and after verifying your identity, the withdrawal request amount will be deposited at once.

Transfer Result

There are each transfer results based on your PayPal account status.

1. Completed

After we SuperLozzi transferred the amount you’ve requested to your PayPal account and the result came out as COMPLETED, the amount has been successfully transferred and deposited into your PayPal account.
You will be noticed from PayPal by email.
And you will also receive following email by SuperLozzi :

2. Unclaimed

After we SuperLozzi transferred the amount you’ve requested to your PayPal account and the result came out as UNCLAIMED, the amount has been successfully transferred, but you have to click ACCEPT button to claim the money and receive money with your PayPal account.
You will be noticed from PayPal by email. Please go to PayPal or read email sent from PayPal, and click ACCEPT button.
And you will also receive following email by SuperLozzi :

3. Reversed/Canceled

After we SuperLozzi transferred the amount you’ve requested to your PayPal account and the result came out as REVERSED or Canceled, the amount has been successfully transferred, but the money has returned right away, and you couldn’t receive money with your PayPal account.
To prevent this, go to PayPal account settings, and verify your phone number and email address.
If your PayPal account keeps failing receiving money, please contact PayPal support team and ask help.

Countries with PayPal restrictions

There are several countries where have restrictions posed by PayPal on local operations.
For the users from these countries, we are suggesting other alternatives.
Please apply request by clicking SETTINGS icon in LOZZI HOME and clicking CUSTOMER CENTER.
Please write down the amount you want to withdraw in the email.
